PRAYER SEEDS

 I remember once telling a friend that, "I'm living in this moment the answers to past prayers; some I'd even forgotten I prayed until they began to unfold."


When I'd prayed those prayers, it all seemed so bleak, like God wasn't even listening, like barking up the wrong wrong tree... somehow, I didn't stop.


Today, it struck me again that yes, that's still my reality: enjoying the manifestation of seeds of prayers past sown. Prayer works in the moment but one other sweet aspect of it is how it goes ahead, beyond the barrier of time to sort things out in the future. 

Your experiences today are fruits of the seeds of prayer sown yesterday. Don't stop sowing those seeds, don't stop praying!


This is my reality: pathways in the wilderness and rivers through dry lands! I won't like the faithless say "... this is too good to last long."

Rather, I'll confess all my days, "God is faithful to Vie!", "The Word is working for me always!" For I've seen the Lord's goodness, His mercies and compassion 🙌🏾

The Client

The client in question wanted a proposal for a Noodle factory. We'd earlier gone to take measurements of the site and presented him a sketchy proposal after which he asked for more proposals and research and gave some money for it. He said he'd be travelling to China around 20 something of this month so we were supposed to give him feedback before then. This led us to a race to beat time last week. As of Thursday we still had nothing on ground and were sweating our heads out to present something before the week ran out. Finally we put something together Friday evening. It was pretty past our working hours that my colleague's husband drove us to our client's office. Lo and behold, it was closed. I was silently praying that he wouldn't be cross with us whenever we finally got hold of him because of the slight delay. SOLDIER BOY 2

And yes, your guess was close, he asked for my number quite alright, no, not a kiss (eeeuwww), he implied a future that involved a ring and making babies too(Lols!) but his condition for letting go of my hand was indeed preposterous: I'll come hang out with him at his flat somewhere around Zango later in the evening, shey I can cook?
